You are summoned to attend the meeting of Carrington Parish Council, which will be held on Tuesday 17th April 2018 in Carrington Village Hall commencing at 7.00pm and the business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in this agenda.
There will be a 10-minute public forum when members of the public may make short statements to the Council, following which, a maximum of a further 15 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council, Parochial Church Council, Police, War Memorial Representative & Carrington Village Hall.

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST (if any) To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
3. FILLING OF VACANCIES ON PARISH COUNCIL – CO-OPTION OF PARISH COUNCILLOR/S. The parish council will proceed to fill one vacancy
a) Application letter/s have been received by the members of the council, candidate/s and members given the opportunity to ask questions.
b) Closed session, only if members of the council want to discuss in further detail
c) Chairman will invite the successful candidate/s to take their place and sign a declaration of acceptance of office and accept the code of conduct
