The Annual Meeting of Carrington Parish Council, will be held on Tuesday 4 May 2022, in Carrington Village Hall commencing at 7pm or at the close of the Annual Parish Meeting, whichever is the soonest and the business to be dealt with is listed in this agenda. Your attendance as a member of the council is also requested during this period.

1.   To elect a Chairman for the ensuring year 2022/23

2.   Signing of the Declaration of Acceptance of Office by the Chairman, to be witnessed by the Proper Officer

3.   To elect a Vice-Chairman for the ensuring year 2022/23 and receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office from the Vice Chairman, to be witnessed by the Proper Officer

5.   To resolve to temporarily close the meeting: for the public forum and outside bodies 

6.   Public Forum: For a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may make short statements to the Council

7.   Outside Bodies: A maximum further 10 Minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports from Lincolnshire Police, elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council, Boston Borough Council and other outside bodies.

8.   Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting

9.   Declarations of interest: (if any) To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
