Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting, held on Tuesday 24 May 2022 starting at 6pm

Present: Councillor Ken Rundle (Chairman), 11 members of the public also present, Mrs Victoria Clark, the Parish Council Clerk

1.    LIVES Will start the evening off with a demonstration
Those attending were given information on LIVES followed by a demonstration

2.    Welcome from the Chairman and introduction to your Parish Councillors and Clerk
The Chairman thanked LIVES and welcomed everyone to the meeting 

3.    Notes from the Annual Parish meeting held on Tuesday 4 May 2021: To resolve as a correct record by those that attended last year’s meeting and for the Chairman of the meeting to sign the official minutes
On proposal from Councillor Eric Wells, seconded by Councillor Tim Morgan and with no objections from those that attended the 2021 remote meeting all resolved to accept the notes from 4 May 2021 as a correct record of the meeting and gave permission for the Chairman to sign them

4.    Parish Clerk’s report, to include Parish and Council matters during the past year

5.    Receive a copy of the 2021 – 2022 financial report

6.    Hear about how and why to become a Parish Councillor 
The Clerk explained the criteria for becoming a Parish Councillor
7.    To receive short reports from outside bodies

Village Hall
War Memorial 
Town Hall
Scouts
Park United 
Carrington and New Bolingbroke Churches 
8.    Short comments and statements from residents
