2022 Annual Parish Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Carrington with New Bolingbroke Annual Parish meeting will be held on Tuesday 24 May 2022 Starting at 6:00pm

Please join us in Carrington Village Hall 

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting required by law and is called by the Chairman of the Parish Council. 

It is an opportunity for members of the Parish to get together and discuss issues of interest and concern, with a view to developing an action plan and to learn what has been happening in the Parish during the previous year.

1.   Lives will start the evening off with a demonstration

2.   Welcome from the Chairman and introduction to your Parish Councillors and Clerk

3.   Notes from the Annual Parish meeting held on Tuesday 4 May 2021: To resolve as a correct record by those that attended last year’s meeting and for the Chairman of the meeting to sign the official minutes

4.   Parish Clerk’s report, to include Parish and Council matters during the past year 

5.   Receive a copy of the 2021 – 2022 financial report

6.   Hear about how and why to become a Parish Councillor 

7.   To receive short reports from outside bodies 

8.   Short comments and statements from residents
